Realty Executives Exceptional Realtors is a residential  real estate company with 10 offices throughout North Eastern Pennsylvania and Northern New Jersey. The company is known for the quality of their Realtors and the phenomenal marketing they provide for their clients’ homes.

What motivated you to start your own business?

Having worked for other real estate companies prior to starting this company, the owners wanted to provide clients with more personalized and higher quality marketing. Realty Executives considers itself a marketing company posing as a real estate company.

How long has your business been running?

The company entered Pennsylvania in 2014 with its first office in Milford. Due to the high demand, the company expanded to Hawley in 2022. Most recently, the company purchased their current building located at 2415 US Route 6, the first building as you come into Hawley.

How does your business compare now from when you first began?

When we first opened, no one knew who we were. We learned very quickly that the company’s success was dependent on the quality of its Realtors. We are proud to have many of the most knowledgeable and successful Realtors in the region now working with us.

What has been your biggest learning experience in running a business?

Running a business is really hard work. When you see a successful business of any type, be sure that there are owners and managers who are working their tails off . The best make it look easy, but if it was easy, there would be far more competition.

What is your favorite part about the county/community? What’s one place, eatery, activity, or accommodation you would recommend to others?

What we love most about the community is the fact that it is such a friendly and tight knit place to work and live. It is a vibrant community with so many fun events. Our favorite event is Wally Lake Fest because the lake & town are filled with residents & tourists taking in the town, shops, businesses, fun events & tons of amazing live music. As far as a favorite place, the Lakeside Deli and Grill is by far the best deli in the tristate area. Their sandwiches are incredible the staff is always super friendly.
