The Lake Wallenpaupack Centennial Celebration is a multi-day community event honoring the lake’s rich history, lasting impact, and bright future. The celebration will bring together residents, visitors, businesses, and community leaders for waterfront festivities, live entertainment, family-friendly activities, and special commemorative moments. This once-in-a-century milestone highlights the lake’s role in shaping our region while showcasing the vibrant community that continues to thrive along its shores.

Friday, July 24th

10 AM – 4 PM Official Lake Wallenpaupack Merchandise- this is your chance to get your official t-shirts and merchandise under the tents at the Lake Wallenpaupack Visitors Center – 2512 Route 6, Hawley

10AM – 3PM – Lighthouse Harbor Marina – Tafton, PA – Free Boat rides – This is FREE to the public and intended for Non-Lighthouse Harbor Marina customers. Slots are limited and we recommend signed up ahead to guarantee a spot. Please read and follow the information below.

9AM-8PMWallenpaupack Scenic Boat Tour & Boat Rentals – 2487 US-6, Hawley, PA 18428

10:30AM – 12:00PM – Hawley Public Library – Hawley, PA – Yak n’ Yarn – Anyone who knits, quilts, embroiders, crochets or any type of fiber art is welcome. Bring your own project and materials. Meet with like-minded crafters and enjoy lively conversation! This program is for Adults – registration is not required.

12PM – 9PM – Wallenpaupack Brewing Company – Hawley PA –  🎸 Live Music Every Day, All Day!
From the first pour to the last call, enjoy an incredible lineup of live music throughout the entire weekend featuring talented local and regional artists.

1PM – 5PM – Lake Wallenpaupack Environmental Learning Center – Hawley PA – Join Brookfield Renewable as we celebrate the 100th anniversary of Lake Wallenpaupack. Visitors can enjoy two special presentations by local historians with extensive knowledge of the lake’s rich history.

4:30PM – 6PMThree Hammers Winery – Join us for an exclusive, deep-dive tasting experience with our 2021 GSM Deconstructed class. In this interactive session, you will first taste and appreciate our award-winning 2021 GSM vintage in its beautifully completed form. From there, we will pull back the curtain on the art of winemaking by deconstructing the blend.

6PM – Harmony in the Woods – Hawley PA: Pressing Strings is a powerhouse trio from Annapolis, Maryland, blending blues, rock, and folk into soul-stirring Americana. Led by guitarist/vocalist Jordan Sokel, the band pairs smoky vocals with toe-tapping grooves and tight three-part harmonies. Their live sound is bigger than a trio should be—lush, dynamic, and deeply felt. Come for the storytelling, stay for the riffs, and leave with a new favorite band.

5PM – 8PM – Carousel Dairy Bar and Cafe – Beach Lake, PA –  FRIDAY NIGHT SUMMER SWIMS ARE HERE! Kick off your weekend the right way at The Carousel! Beat the summer heat and join us every single Friday night for the ultimate pool party vibes, cool water, and nonstop fun. 🍦Every Friday Night all summer long!  Admission: Just $12 per person! 10AM – 6PM – Claws N’ Paws Wild Animal Park – Lake Ariel, PA – Join us for our annual Kids ‘N’ Critters Day as we embark on a day of animal themed fun! Activities include:
– Free Face Painting
– Animal themed crafts
– Enrichment making for the animals

– Snacks and more!

6PM – Wildflower Music Festival – White Mills, PA – Experience Carole King’s iconic album Tapestry live in concert! Suzanne O Davis and her band perform the full album, along with hits from the Broadway musical Beautiful and other classics by Carole King and Gerry Goffin. With virtuoso piano, stunning vocals, and boundless energy, Suzanne captures the sound and spirit of 1970s King performances, sharing stories and insights along the way.
